4月13日至16日，由京校聯推出的「京津冀港澳青年創科成果展」匯聚京津冀港澳優秀科創企業研究成果展覽推介活動在2024首屆香港世界青年科學大會期間的國際創科展會場成功舉辦。

今年的展區擴大到180平米，分為以北京、天津、河北、香港和澳門為主題的5個電子屏展示區，88家京津冀港澳創科企業參與了電子屏海報展示;在展區內的洽商展示區，來自京津冀港澳餘60家科創企業輪番上場推介，涵蓋金融科技、智能管道、教育科技、新型減碳建材、環境監測等領域，展覽持續四天，氣氛持續熱烈，多家科創企業及有關機構在展區現場溝通交流，加深瞭解並促成合作意向，促進先進技術與創新成果的共同投資機會。

孫東通過社交平臺表示，第二屆「香港國際創科展」提供了國際化平臺，除了展示科技成果外，亦是絕佳機會加強國際創科交流合作。他到訪內地省市展館期間，瞭解內地最新創科發展，多個參展商表達對來港發展的興趣及計劃。孫東13日出席京校聯主辦的首屆「香港世界青年科學大會」開幕式暨香江諾貝論壇時也表示，科技企業來港發展是對香港創科發展投下信心的一票，也有助推動京港科技產業的高質量發展。他感謝京校聯對主辦此次活動做出的貢獻。
