4月15日上午，來港參加首屆「香港世界青年科學大會」的70多家京津冀優秀創科企業近百名代表，參訪香港數碼港，交流企業需求，了解企業落地香港的相關情況，洽商與香港創科企業合作的機會，共同促進香港與內地的區域聯合發展，推動國家新質生產力的發展。

數碼港是香港數碼科技旗艦及創業培育基地，有逾2000間社群企業，包括超過 900 間駐園區及近1100 間非駐園區的初創企業和科技公司，其願景是成為數碼科技樞紐，為香港締造嶄新經濟動力。

當天，香港北京高校校友聯盟會長李然、北京海外學人中心副主任曾福林、北京海外學人中心宣傳聯絡部部長關長海、雄安新區黨群工作部人才工作特聘專家王亞雄、雄安新區黨群工作部副部長徐紅國、香港數碼港管理有限公司首席企業發展官朱美恩、香港數碼港管理有限公司生態圈發展總監李潤龍等出席座談會。

朱美恩歡迎參訪團的到來，並向他們介紹數碼港的科技創新最新發展。她表示，目前數碼港匯聚超過2000家科創企業，香港現有的10多家獨角獸，其中8家來自數碼港。數碼港期待更多京津冀的優秀企業，尤其是在座各位領先企業落戶數碼港，進一步促進高水準的科技創新合作，推動創新成果在香港轉化應用，貢獻國家智慧城市建設和數據經濟高質量發展，希望今天的深度交流開啟日後更長遠的合作。

李然在座談會上致辭時表示，數碼港在不同領域培育了很多優秀企業，而參訪團也有一些優秀科創企業，為了加強他們之間的合作、搭建科創企業與香港的交流，所以組織了這次參訪活動。她向與會者介紹了螞蟻工場創始人蔡茂林、慧影醫療科技(北京)股份有限公司創始人兼CEO柴象飛等優秀創科精英。

「數碼港我是第一次來，感覺非常親切。」曾福林發言時表示，今天來到數碼港的企業在數字經濟、控制技術和生物醫藥等領域發展得非常好，通過這次參訪，企業家們跟數碼港增強彼此的認識，建立起項目技術落地的開展方案，促進企業冀落地香港、入駐數碼港，加強京港合作等。他感謝香港北京高校校友聯盟和香港數碼港促成這次參訪。

香港數碼港管理有限公司大灣區發展高級經理蘇婕作介紹時稱，數碼港致力於推動數字經濟的發展，為香港締造新的經濟動力。「十四五」規劃之後，香港有了國際創科中心的新定位，「我們希望能夠在數字經濟方面為香港增添一股力量。WEB3是數碼港的一個特色，數碼港是香港的WEB3基地，從香港特區政府發佈發表有關虛擬資產在港發展的政策宣言一年後，企業數量有翻倍增長至230家，橫跨了金融科技、智慧生活和數碼娛樂等」，蘇婕強調。

On the morning of April 15, nearly a hundred representatives from more than 70 outstanding innovation and technology enterprises from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, who came to Hong Kong to participate in the first "Hong Kong World Youth Science Conference", visited the Cyberport in Hong Kong. They exchanged their enterprises' needs, learned about the relevant situations for setting up businesses in Hong Kong, negotiated cooperation opportunities with Hong Kong's innovation and technology enterprises, and jointly promoted the regional joint development between Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, as well as the development of the country's new forms of productive forces.

Cyberport is the flagship of digital technology and an entrepreneurship incubation base in Hong Kong. It has more than 2,000 community enterprises, including over 900 enterprises located within the park and nearly 1,100 start-ups and technology companies that are not located within the park. Its vision is to become a digital technology hub, creating new economic impetus for Hong Kong.

Judy Chu extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and introduced to them the latest developments in technological innovation at Cyberport. She stated that currently, Cyberport has gathered more than 2,000 science and technology innovation enterprises, and among the existing more than 10 unicorns in Hong Kong, 8 of them are from Cyberport. Cyberport looks forward to more outstanding enterprises from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, especially the leading enterprises present here, to settle in Cyberport. This will further promote high-level cooperation in technological innovation, facilitate the transformation and application of innovation achievements in Hong Kong, contribute to the construction of smart cities in the country and the high-quality development of the data economy. She hoped that today's in-depth exchanges will kick off a more long-term cooperation in the future.

She introduced to the attendees some outstanding innovation and technology elites, such as Cai Maolin, the founder of Ant Workshop, and Chai Xiangfei, the founder and CEO of Huiying Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Zeng Fulin, the Deputy Director of the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, delivered a speech.

"This is my first time visiting Cyberport, and I feel very much at home here." Zeng Fulin said during his speech, "The enterprises that have come to Cyberport today are developing very well in fields such as the digital economy, control technology, and biomedicine. Through this visit, entrepreneurs can enhance their mutual understanding with Cyberport, establish implementation plans for the landing of project technologies, and promote the enterprises' settlement in Hong Kong and entry into Cyberport, as well as strengthen cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong." He expressed his gratitude to the Beijing University Alumni Association in Hong Kong and Cyberport in Hong Kong for facilitating this visit.

Su Jie, the Senior Manager of Greater Bay Area Development of Cyberport Management Company Limited in Hong Kong, said during her introduction that Cyberport is committed to promoting the development of the digital economy and creating new economic impetus for Hong Kong. After the 14th Five-Year Plan, Hong Kong has a new positioning as an international innovation and technology center. "We hope to contribute to Hong Kong's digital economy. WEB3 is a feature of Cyberport, and Cyberport is the WEB3 base in Hong Kong. One year after the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government issued the policy declaration on the development of virtual assets in Hong Kong, the number of enterprises has doubled to 230, spanning fintech, smart living, digital entertainment, and other fields," Su Jie emphasized.
