2026年是国家“十五五”规划开局之年。为进一步落实“十五五”国家发展目标，助力香港加快建設國 際高端人才集聚高地和國際高質量創科中心；以科技創新引領現代化産業體系建設, 因地制宜發展高質量新質 生產力，著力突破關鍵核心技術，把握新一輪科技革命和産業變革新機遇。香港北京高校校友联盟（京校聯） 在連續兩年成功舉辦「香港世界青年科學大會」暨「香江諾貝論壇」主题系列活動，搭建起連通內地、面向世 界諾貝爾獲得者、頂尖青年科學家、領軍企業家、新銳創業者高端對話與交流合作的平臺基础上，將於2026 年4月12日-16日在香港「國際創科營商周」期間，主辦2026第三屆「香港世界青年科學大會」暨第三届「香 江諾貝論壇」主題系列活動。大會將以「與世界協創未來」為主題，邀請來自世界各地的諾貝爾獎獲、图灵奖 得者、海內外院士、著名青年科學家、領軍企業家、新銳創業者、優秀創科企業家以及國際組織代表雲集香港， 大会圍繞人工智能、具身機器人、生物醫藥、量子科技（新材料）、綠色能源等领域前沿议题，探討前沿科技 的發展與合作。

To lead the construction of a modern industrial system through technological innovation, explore new frontiers and pathways for development, and foster new drivers and advantages for growth, the Hong Kong Beijing Alumni Association (JingXiaoLian), building upon the successful organization of the 2024 Inaugural Hong Kong World Youth Science Conference and the 2024 Inaugural Xiangjiang Nobel Forum, will host the 2025 Second Hong Kong World Youth Science Conference and the 2025 Second Xiangjiang Nobel Forum during the Hong Kong International Innovation and Technology Business Week from April 13 to 16, 2025.

The conference will bring together Nobel Laureates, Turing Award winners, academicians from around the world, distinguished young scientists, leading entrepreneurs, emerging innovators, and outstanding technology enterprises to Hong Kong for in-depth discussions and exchanges. The event will focus on cutting-edge topics in big data, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, new materials, and large-scale models, among others. Through high-level keynote speeches, academic dialogues, roundtable forums, and innovation showcases, the conference aims to attract top-tier international talent, facilitate connections with frontier scientific research projects, and accelerate the establishment of Hong Kong as a global hub for high-caliber talent and a center for high-quality innovation and technology.
